1. What are the hours of operation?

The hours of operation are 9 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday.

2. How often am I billed for water, sewer and refuse service?

You are billed every 30 days for water, sewer and refuse service.

3. How often are meters read?

Residential and commercial metered accounts are read every 30 days.

4. I suspect my high bill is due to a plumbing issue?

You are responsible for repairing leaks and plumbing issues within the household or business plumbing system.  Report the issue to the Water Department as soon as possible.

5. If my water service is disconnected, how soon will my service be reconnected?

Service is generally restored within 24 hours of receipt of payment.  The Water Department will not restore water service if an adult is not present at the resident or business.

6. May I reconnect my water service?

No,  This action is illegal and is considered 'Theft of Service'.  If it is detected that you have restored your own service, your water service will be disconnected and you will be issued a $500 violation ticket. 

7. How may I report a leaky or broken water meter?

Please contact the Water Department to report a leaky or broken water meter.
